Both Cincinnati and Dallas will play 5 preseason games this season and it’s a very short turnaround for the Cowboys since they are liked in NFL preseason lines on Thursday when they sponsor the Oakland Raiders.

2010 NFL preseason wagering actually preferred the Cincinnati Bengals in the Hall of Fame Game but it was the Cowboys who owned the event as they covered the spread in a low scoring game. The Cincinnati Bengals did nothing on offense until very late in the 4th quarter when they got their only TD. The Dallas starters didn’t play much time. Quarterback Tony Romo was 5-for-10 for 59 yards. Kicker David Buehler, who hit from 20, 34, and 23 yards, was accountable for scoring for the most part for the Cowboys. Brandon Sharpe intercepted a Jordan Palmer pass and returned it for a score, giving the Cowboys their only touchdown of the match.

It was the 4th Hall of Fame Game for the Cincinnati Bengals in NFL preseason wagering and their 1st since 1988, while it was the 4th 1 for the Cowboys but their 1st since 1988. The Dallas Cowboys had never won a Hall of Fame Game, going 0-3 til this point, while the Cincinnati Bengals were 1-1 in their previous 2 games.

Neither squad did much of anything and the match was a genuine preseason match. There were a total of 8 sacks in the match and the Cincinnati Bengals committed plenty of penalties. Cincinnati committed twelve penalties in the competition while Dallas committed four. The Dallas defense recovered a fumble and they recorded 3 interceptions. The Bengals also recovered a fumble in the game. Cincinnati did get a great night from punter Kevin Huber who averaged 46.4 yards per competition on ten punts.

Although new addition Terrell Owens caught 2 balls from Carson Palmer for 18 yards, Cincinnati’s 1st string off-season didn’t do much. The Bengals Touchdown arrived from Darius Hill who caught a Touchdown from 3rd string quarterback Jordan Palmer with below a minute outstanding. That Touchdown was put in place by rookie Jordan Shipley who ran back a punt 63 yards in the last moments.

Dallas is a 4.5 point favorite at home on Thursday in NFL preseason lines as they sponsor the Oakland Raiders. The line on Dallas seems a little high thinking about they only played on Sunday and will have very little rest before Thursday’s match. The Cincinnati Bengals are 3.5 point faves on Sunday as they sponsor the broncos.

The preseason for the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cowboys will be all about staying healthy. Since both teams are playing in the Hall of Fame Game they will have 5 preseason games while each of the other NFL teams will have four. That means the starters will get very little playing time in this opening competition on Sunday.

The Cincinnati Bengals are arriving off an outstanding season and some individuals think they are Super Bowl contenders this season. The Cowboys are also 1 of the faves to reach the Super Bowl this season. They have a strong defense and a very good offense.
